When you place an order we collect the recipient name, delivery address, email address, order contents and a payment confirmation from the provider. No account or telephone number is needed.

Card details are entered on the hosted payment page and never reach this store. We do not store full card numbers or security codes on our own systems.

Order details are used to pack and deliver the purchase, answer support email, handle returns and check that a payment is genuine. This is the only purpose for which they are held.

We do not sell, rent or trade customer information, and we do not add buyers to a marketing list unless they ask to join one. Order email is used only for updates about the purchase.

The site uses cookies to keep a cart together, hold a checkout session and remember basic display settings. These are needed for the store to work as expected.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the cart cookie stops items from staying in the basket, but the rest of the site stays readable.

The delivery carrier receives the name and address needed to bring the parcel to your door. The payment provider receives the amount and an order reference to process the charge.

We share information with authorities only where the law requires it. Order data is never sold, rented or passed to advertising networks.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal details attached to an order after the return window has closed. Send the request from the email address used to buy.

We reply within one business day and confirm what has been changed or removed. Some records are kept longer when tax or accounting rules require it.
