You agree to use this site for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its security or normal operation. Automated scraping that places a load on the store is not permitted.

By placing an order you confirm that the delivery details are accurate and that the payment method belongs to you. You are responsible for keeping your email address current.

Product pages describe the tricycle, kids bike and water bottle in plain terms, and every measurement comes from the supplier specification. Age ranges and weight limits are guidance, so check them before ordering.

Screens show color differently, so a small shade difference between the photo and the delivered item is not treated as a fault. Where a product includes a basket, kickstand or training wheels, the listing says so.

An order is accepted once payment clears and the stock is confirmed. Stock moves quickly during gift season, so an item in a cart is not held until checkout is complete.

If a product sells out before dispatch, we email you and charge only for the items we can send. Anything already paid for is refunded to the original payment method.

Prices appear in US dollars and can change without notice, but the amount shown at checkout is the amount charged. Shipping is free on orders over $75 and a flat rate applies below that.

Payment is completed on a hosted, secure page, and this store does not receive or keep full card numbers. Every refund returns to the method that paid for the order.

Dispatch and delivery times are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier backlogs and an incomplete address can push an arrival later than planned.

Risk passes to you when the carrier marks the parcel delivered. If a carton is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we work through the claim with you.

Returns follow the Return Policy, and an unused item in its original packaging can go back within 30 days of delivery. Start the request by emailing us with the order number.

After inspection, the refund is issued to the original payment method within seven days. If the order has not shipped, it is cancelled and refunded in full within the same period.

Some assembly is required before a tricycle or kids bike can be ridden, and the instructions list the tools and torque settings needed. A water bottle mounts to the frame with the bracket provided.

Check the brakes, tires and handlebars before every ride, and keep to the age and weight limits printed on the product page. A ride-on is not a toy for unsupervised use near traffic, stairs or water.

The text, product photographs and page layout on this site belong to Modella Sale or are used with permission, and they may not be copied for commercial use.

To the extent the law allows, Modella Sale is not responsible for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our control. This does not affect rights you have under consumer law.

Our total liability for a claim connected to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms can be updated when the store or the law changes. The version published on this page applies to any order placed after it goes live.
